One week before your arrival, you will receive a message with a link to complete the online check-in. During this process, you will be required to provide the details of all guests, pay any outstanding balance of your reservation, if applicable, and digitally sign the accommodation agreement.

Once the online check-in has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation message together with a copy of the signed agreement.

On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the access instructions for your accommodation. If your apartment is equipped with an electronic lock, you will receive your virtual keys. If access is via physical keys, we will provide you with instructions on how to collect them from our office.

By making the CHECK-IN ONLINE you authorize to guarantee a deposit amount by credit card, NO CHARGES ARE MADE, it is simply an authorization that guarantees the collection of the possible misuse of the reserved accommodation.
