COMPANY
AGI MANAGEMENT APARTMENT, S.L. with address at Avda Rhode, 201 and NIF B55355713 registered in the GIRONA COMMERCIAL REGISTRY, Volume 2936, Folio 194, Page GI55497, acts as operator of tourist accommodation as owner, lessee and legal intermediary of their owners according to the case.

AMOUNT
The total amount of the stay is indicated in the particular conditions of this document, this amount includes both the stay, the tourist tax, administration expenses and all those extra services that the client has contracted.

OCCUPANT RECORD
The occupant registration process will be carried out by the client online through an access that the company will send to the client by email or WhatsApp message, in said registry the client must enter their data and the data of the rest of the travelers who They will accompany you and they can never be more than the maximum capacity of the reserved accommodation. At the end of the process, the client must pay the outstanding balance and sign the contract for the contracted services.

DOWN PAYMENT
In the occupant registration process, the client will consent to the authorization of charge through credit card in favor of the company AGI MANAGEMENT APARTMENT, S.L. for the amount indicated as a deposit. At the end of the contract, the client agrees to deliver the accommodation, the furniture or its utensils in identical conditions, taking responsibility for all damages that occur during the lease as a result of misuse, including those caused by domestic animals. Otherwise, the amount corresponding to the cleaning, repair or correction of the corresponding damages will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.

SERVICES AND SUPPLEMENTS
The amount of the accommodation includes the use of the same, the supplies and those services indicated, for the period and persons that appear in the particular conditions of this contract, in the "services included" section. All those services not included and contracted by the client must appear in the "supplements" section with their corresponding amount in the particular conditions of this contract.

CHECK-IN
Access to the accommodation can be through a physical key that will be delivered by our staff or through key vending machines in our offices or through a link that, digitally, will facilitate the opening of the client to their accommodation. In any of the cases, the check-in time will begin at 2:00 p.m. on the day of entry, except those days that are holidays, the company will contact the client to indicate the changes in the time and the delivery method. of keys.

CHECK-OUT
The client must leave the accommodation before 10:00 a.m. on the day indicated in the particular conditions of this contract, in the event that his access has been with a physical key, he must return them to the place where he has been indicated through messaging and in In the event that your access has been through the digital system, it will stop working at the maximum time of the jack-out.

COMMUNITY RULES
The accommodations integrated into a community of neighbors will be governed by its internal regulations and/or bylaws of the community. In the case of community facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, etc... that are not open throughout the year, the opening and closing dates depend on weather, demand, hygiene and other factors. For this reason, the company is not responsible for the closure of facilities within a community complex due to factors beyond its control, likewise customers will be responsible for their safety for the use of said facilities.

CONTRACT RESOLUTION
The company may automatically terminate the contract whenever it detects an excess of occupants in an accommodation to those provided at check-in, the subcontracting of the accommodation to third parties, the modification of the location of the accommodation furniture and the realization in the accommodation of any activity that conflicts with the applicable regulations, as well as the habitual uses of coexistence, hygiene and public order or that prevent the normal rest of other users of the property, complex or urbanization.

LIABILITIES EXCLUDED
The company will not be responsible for the theft, loss or damage that customers may suffer during their stay, for the supply cuts of large electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi or telephone companies, for the breakage of electrical appliances or any other device that is part of the accommodation and that for its repair the assistance of the specialized SAT is necessary and whose repair period is long, the works that the Town Council of the town or outside companies can carry out in the vicinity of the building and even in the same buildings and that may affect the normal development of the client's stay. Nor will the company be responsible for the uncivilized behavior of neighbors, clients or any person who may cause the normal stay of the client.

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation conditions of the contracted services will be governed by the following conditions, if the client cancels up to 7 days before arrival, the cancellation will not entail expenses, in case of canceling between 7 days before arrival and the day of arrival the cost will be 50% of the amount of the reservation, in case of canceling once the client is staying without any reason, the cost will be 100% of the amount paid. In the case that once contracted by the customer an accommodation could not be delivered, the company commits to deliver other accommodation of similar category or higher and in case of not being able to satisfy the customer, return the amount of money which was given to the company for the hiring of its stay

DATA PROTECTION
